anyone else want to see TCU vs. Fla?

Florida is not playing that good of ball right now and TCU is playing lights out. I would love if these 2 teams had to play next week just to see what would happen. lets face it, TCU will probably not have a snowball's chance of making the BCS Title game, even if Fla, Bamb and TX all lose a game between now and the end of the season.

I'd even be up for a TCU vs. Boise title game. word is that Boise is begging the "big" conferences for games and no one will pick them up.

If the SEC champ has no losses, they should be in the title game. No ifs ands or buts.

TCU has a chance to overlap Texas, because TCU has beaten more ranked teams than Texas, but that could change at the end of the year.

Boise has no chance, they beat a mediocre Oregon team in the first week, and have not played a top 25 opponent since, they have no dog in this fight.

Biggin's right on Boise. The only way TCU gets in is if Texas loses. Then they'd play the winner of the SEC. They'd deserve to be there and they'd be a hell of an out for anyone.

Starbuck is right... The athletic director of Boise State sent a letter to every major conference in the nation. He offered to come play them anywhere, and not have to get paid anything for doing it.
No team has picked Boise State up for it.

However, they do Boise St. vs Va Tech on Labor Day next year in Washington D.C. on a Monday night.

Also said they didnt have to return the trip the next year. I would like to see Meyer play one of his old conference teams. I think Starbuck was asking a opinion/hypothetical question anyways. Kinda like a who would you like to see play thing. Could be wrong

no, Mike, you are right. I wasn't saying who should / shouldn't play in a game. if you look at my OP, I say I wish they played next week. really just saying that TCU doesn't have a chance to play in the big game and I would love if they were on Fla regular season slate next week to see what would happen. Fla looks very beatable right now.

Re: anyone else want to see TCU vs. Fla?

Right now... I think TCU could win the BCS Title game by 10 points over any team in the land. They're hot, and playing solid football.
UF, Ala, and Texas are really good... but TCU is dominating right now.

Hopefully the BCS computers won't generate blow-out bowl games.
